1. Our technician will perform a through inspection of your home. This inspection may consist of inspecting the crawlspace under the house, the attic area, the exterior of the house, the garage, and any out buildings that you might have. The inspection is to determine if rodents are present, and to determine what accesses the rodents are using, as well as other accesses that are available to the rodents. These other accesses may not be used at this time but could be used once the accesses that are being used are sealed off.

2. After the inspection is completed the technician will write a report that reveals the findings. He/she will explain the findings, and give you a quote for our firm to make the repairs and any clean-out that may be desired. All repairs that our firm completes are warranted for a period of 2 years for workmanship and materials.

3. When the technician completes his/her explanation of the report he/she will set traps in strategic locations in the attic, and or crawlspace under the house, and or garage area, and any other place that he/she suspects rodents may be living. If traps are needed in exposed areas such as inside the house or garage, and children or pets are present, the technician will use a protective box to keep the trap(s) out of harms way.

4. After the initial service, our technician will return weekly to perform trap checks. He/she will remove any rodents found and re-set the traps. We recommend that this weekly service should continue until one to two weeks after the repairs are made to be sure all rodents are trapped out of the building(s). Time is of the essence; unless the repairs are completed as soon as possible the rodent problem will continue.
